Qualitative data visualization is a key component to understanding a consumer's voice and in-turn make insights that can be used to drive marketing campaigns and improve the overall patient experience. These pieces were created in close collaboration with the ethnographers and researchers who interviewed and gathered the qualitative data for each project. This ensured the nuances of human understanding was captured in the design.
