- Transparency and honesty were two of the pillars when creating this campaign. It was a focus for the new administration coming in and needed to be reflected in all positions from the C-Suite down to the minimum wage worker.
- This campaign leads with the core reason that healthcare workers started in the industry, to impact change. Copy is written in the first person and in the present tense, and every headline names something concrete about the work rather than the workplace.

- Health systems recruit against each other with the same three images: a smiling clinician, a corridor, and a phrase about family. The campaign works only if a nurse scrolling a job board at the end of a night shift can tell within a second which system is talking.

- Event signage is the same system printed at a different tempo. A career fair is a room of near identical tables, so the stand was designed to be legible from the door rather than from the seat in front of it.
- A focus on social was crucial as data showed a majority of all new hires walked through the social door first. The templates created for job postings, events, and testimonials invoke forward momentum, vibrancy, and equal representation for all positions regardless of experience.
